EmployabilityUK reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Use by posting updates and changes to the 360extranet platform. You are advised to check the Terms of Use from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use agreement, as well as EmployabilityUK’s Privacy Policy before you may become a 360extranet user. EmployabilityUK’s workshops, programmes and resources are for educative and informative purpose only. Whilst we will do our utmost, in all good faith, to provide learners and volunteers with the most up-to-date information and advice and guidance, it is ultimately their responsibility to implement the strategies and ideas in their personal activities and/or business. EmployabilityUK does not accept liability for any consequences derived from implementing any strategies given, signposting to other sites or content.
When using any EmployabilityUK 360extranet programme, I understand that the products and services are for educational purposes, and that I am personally responsible for implementing the strategies provided.

I understand that copyright applies to all EmployabilityUK content and I will under no circumstances share, duplicate, edit or copy the materials provided by EmployabilityUK.

I understand that by registering for any program or resources I am making a commitment to pay EmployabilityUK the agreed program value presented on the website (only where paid for courses apply).

I understand that I am solely responsible for completing the training programmes and related activities within the time frames given and will hold this responsibility throughout the programme.

I understand that EmployabilityUK provides me with instructions and guidance to complete the training and/or resources and I will read and follow these instructions to the best of my abilities.

I am fully aware and agree to take full responsibility to complete the training program, and that the results of the training outcomes completely depend on my ability and willingness to implement the techniques given.

I understand that the outcomes of the business training or other workshops vary depending on the degree of time and actions I decide to invest in implementing the teachings, and I agree to take full responsibility of these outcomes.

I understand that all EmployabilityUK programmes are of an advisory, developmental and educational nature, and under no circumstances does the charity guarantee any increase or growth in revenue or income, nor employment/volunteering opportunities.

I understand that EmployabilityUK retains copyright of any downloadable material.
